The terms and conditions as set out in the registration form are also set out in the Package quote, a copy of which has been provided to the Participant / Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient. PHB can not be made liable / responsible for any delay, default, failure, improper services / deficiency in services provided by the Treating Institution and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services, of the management or employees of the Treating Institution “Site” in the document refers to “Website of PHB, as well any communication through emails, whatsapp or any other means”.

ProHealthBeats (PHB) is a medical tourism provider striving to simplify the process for those seeking medical and health treatment internationally. We work with a number of market leading JCI / NABH(India) accredited hospitals in key medical tourism destinations who offer high quality treatment and care. We help liaise with our partner hospitals to get clients a free quote on the cost of their proposed treatment, as well as help book all the clients’ travel needs to ensure they are fully looked after during their trip.Not a Health Care or Medical service provider
PHB is not a healthcare service provider and as such we will never provide direct advice on a client’s treatment. PHB does not control or operate any medical facility offered by the hospital or treating institution. PHB is a medical tourism facilitator and we only suggest high quality hospitals that have been vetted by us, however it is up to the client to choose which hospital is right for them. We only work to help link the client to high quality licensed hospitals and help to coordinate the client’s trip. Any treatment plans given will never be from PHB, only from a licensed doctor at one of the hospitals we work with. PHB accepts no liability for any advice given from any third part licensed doctors or hospitals and we always recommend that clients consult their local doctor to discuss the treatment options given to them.Disclaimers

All participants must be in possession of a valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the start time of travel (or more, depending on what treatment the client is seeking and how long the treatment may last) and at least 2 free pages in the passport. A visa may be required. Listed Tour / Travel servicesYou can choose any tour / travel services such as transfers / limo Services / hotel booking / guest house booking / service apartment booking / air and or train tickets, translator services / recuperative holidays etc. to be combined with your Healthcare package and PBH would be pleased to provide you the same.
